I bought this air fryer for Christmas at a great sales price via my Walmart app. It looks great and has nice features. But I only got ONE use out of it. I air fried some baked potatoes and they cooked fantastically. After I washed the bin, it wouldnât load back into position. The bin, the plastic shell, looked slightly warped, so maybe thatâs why it wonât click back into place. Another thing that I was willing to overlook, is the design how the inner tray and outer tray separate from each other. When you push the red button to separate the trays from each other, itâs easy to overlook how they separate meaning one tray will simply fall to the ground while youâre holding the handle thinking you have total control of the trays, I dropped one tray twice while checking it out. Thank goodness this didnât happen while I had HOT food in it, a basic design flaw but not a defective aspect. Now that I canât use this air fryer, Iâve gone through to find another complaint in the REVIEWS about how the tray wonât reinsert back into its housing unit (confirms my issue.) However, Iâm even more concerned about the complaints Iâve seen about other users finding tiny screws in their food, I can see that happening because there are tiny screws easily viewable in and around the tray. I will return this air fryer and not exchange it. But I do love how an air fryer cooks, I got hooked on that one single cook. Now itâs just a matter of finding another great sale on another brand, of which Iâm not sure which one to pick from just yet…
